Sales Administrator

Descriptif de l'entreprise: 

Aizen Consulting, for his client an automotive supplier, are now seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. 

Descriptif poste: 

  • Give customers a positive impression of the organisation by making every effort to ensure the experience customers have is constructive and beneficial
  • Anticipate customer needs and do everything to meet and exceed them by relationship building and taking responsibility for solving customer problems
  • Act pro-actively to add value and follow up to ensure problems remain solved
  • Identify areas of personal development and growth and act on feedback to improve personal performance
  • Understand how your own role and responsibilities relate to business targets and referring customers to the most appropriate colleague when queries are beyond limits of own expertise
  • Identify business opportunities to improve products and/or services related to their role and area of expertise
  • Understand how systems and processes operate and their benefits to the business
  • Control validation of customer orders
  • Monitors price data provided by the Sales Department
  • Follow up with the client to get the prices of the products and their updates
  • Generate parts orders in SAP
  • Treat billing errors, analyses the differences and transmits the sales department and accounting department
  • Creates and manages customer databases in SAP
  • Check the correctness of automatic billing
  • Manages disputes relating payment defaults
  • Ensures all shipping invoices (EDI)
  • Control the order validation by the sales department
  • Records orders and payments on SAP
  • Manual invoicing tools and prototypes based on information provided by the sales department
  • Monitor the delays in the registration of orders and invoicing
  • Generates sales statistics
  • Update the exploitation reporting

Educational Requirements
2 Year Degree or 6 years of job related experience. Competent in Microsoft packages
